Pune vs CSK playing their second match. As Pwi wins the toss again they decide to bat this time. Well don't do much with the back csk just takes the advantage of getting early wickets. An they just did just that. The highest score in for Pwi was Yui 62 not out.

Pwi should learn to have a bowling attack they did not prove to be a team that can go far they lost the match. Csk won again they are now second of the table.

DC vs KTK was a good match to been watching. Dc where struggling KTK got there wickets but Sanga & white saved them and got to a very low score for e 20 over 130.

How would KTK respond to that with wickets fall all the time. a wicket in the first over for Steyn. Ishant Sharma took three wickets in one over. and another two in another over so he took five steyn took 3 and they where bowled out for 78 runs.

DC won the match by 47 runs.

Match 30

Also one match today. RCB vs DD. They have both won their last match in style well DD won it in style. RCB just got gayle and he hit down the score.

I don't think Gayle can do what he did in the last match. DD is back in full flow to attack any team who they are playing with and RCB is not scaring them of winning and I want DD to win and they shall win.

RCB won the toss and DD was put in to bat and the total like in the previous match. DD got to good total of 160runs.

DD got a early wicket of Dilshan. But it was Koli doing all the work then Gayle come after words hit a few but they caught and he was gone. AB come in hit a four warner through the ball direct hit. Morkel come in then he strike his first wicket of the match. Then wickets where just falling but Vicky pull off a victory for them.

DD really played well just loosing by 3 wickets.

Match 29

Chennai super kings have lost their two of their previous and made a come back victory. Not a big score that was put up 144 by Csk. But their bowling and and feilding did good for Csk they come out of the woods with a good win over the PWI.

CSk is on top by the top four Kxip has moved down. KKR is still third.

Match 27 & 28

Mumbai Indian are on top with ten points they have just lost one. A very low scoring T20 match compare to Yesterday high scoring match. I did not watch to follow the match MI won and RR won after 3 losses now they have 7 points. They second on the table.

Match 26

Only one IPL match today and in the week where drown with two matches every day. Players must be tired. But same teams get's breaks then they travel in that off day's. Preity team is playing today. They played extremely good they made the highest score in this IPL4.

Can Gilly & Paul do that again am sure they can they have one 3 games an lost one. They would this match also I faith now also in Gilly he would pull off another awesome victory.

What a game this was it went Delhi way from the start. The came out of their hiding place or out their corner. The opening batsmen took every ball hit for flyers just hits in the crowds. It was raining sixes but anyway they made a huge score 230 in 20 overs.

Kxip was struggling with their fielding an every thing. But they tried but they could not succeed the chase was to high but just loosing by 29 runs. They got too 200. am sorry for Preity her team was not them as I know they are like they just sinked to the ground hope the next game they would come out with another victory. KXIP is on 6 points and Delhi only has four points but still at the bottom of the table.

match 24, 25

So this is the half way make of IPL I think it getting very exciting. But not today Gayle made his come back to IPL but he was not auction he went unsold and tonight he showed what he is worth buying. He comes in for RCB replace a injured player.
They played against KKR but with a on man with gayle he chase that score down alone. KKR what went wrong I have no Idea.

Mumbai Indians against the mighty strong team but they going down CSK.
CSK won the toss and choose to bowl first. MI does not a good start little master could survive this time gone for 5 runs. Wickets where falling smoothly for Csk it was going a risky way for MI. Rohit Sharma was the one that got MI to a good score 160 he did well to get there.

Csk got to a good start with Hussy exploding every ball but their was no luck for him he running out of fuel. And the fuel was running they just could not keep on going MI was standing in the way wickets where falling catches where taken fielders where on the move every one just kept busy. MI really played as a team well done am happy for them. Badjhi got man of match he took 5/18runs and he got a honda motor bike.

Pakistan Tour of WI

Pakistan to tour West Indians it's starting off with a t20. Today the 21 April 2011. Afradi did not want to be part of this tour he want a rest after the world cup. But he did not have much say as he is the T20 and ODI captain he would be playing along side same of his younger players. I have not even seen these young boys play for pakistan so today would be the day they show their talent to the world. I think this match would crash with the Kxip vs RR match so I got to switch between channels.

This match was after the IPL. West Indians are behind us with the time it was bright sun light their. But it so diffrent watching a iPL T20 and now a international t20 the crowd much more and louder. Not much support for WI seeing that their home ground. WI won the toss and they also struggled to score runs but they managed to get to 151 runs.

Pakistan was trying they could not even get to hit any balls the pitch was to slow. Pakistan tried but just lost by 7 runs. The odi would start on the 23 April hope Pakistan shall bounce back into action.

Match 23

Difficult one to decide on who shall win today. Kings xi Punjub vs Rajasthan Royals.
Kxip is on a victory roll with only one lost to their name. They are playing on their home ground mohali. Preity was not at the match when her team won against DC she was in Dubai women awareness function. This is going to Kxip fourth match where RR it would be their sixth match.

RR has lost two against the same team why I don't know but they want to bounce back with Warne vs Gilchrist he has plans up his sleeve. His lady love I wonder if she going to be there. But after two quick losses for RR plus a match that got wash out by the rain they sit on 5 points. But Kxip has played a match less than RR. There more chance of winning for Kxip than RR they look like a very dangerous new team that does not need to be messed up by Warne but we got to wait and see what happens.

What a match that was Warne win the toss and bowl first what a mistake did he ever watch KXIP play and with the bat they are dangerous. Guess he did not see any matches of these. But what a batting performace Kxip pull through the highest total of in this year IPl 195. Now who can chase down a score like that in T20. Know one but RR still Botha is out he said he has a small fracture but he does need to bowl they left him out. He just need to bat because Botha has got the runs on the board for RR if they going to leave him out they going to loose all the time.

RR bowling, fielding is so weak don't know what happen to them they got a huge bang on their head. They got two quick wickets but it was No balls if you bowl no balls expect something must be going on. Their batting still not up to standard any more.

Elizabeth Hurly was their shouting for her love but he did not do much few sixes of his bowling with only one wicket for him. He getting old and he can't captain a side team any more gilly he two years younger than he is.

It was a really great win by the team in red they really out played the men in blue.

Match 21 & 22

This is going to be a super duper cricket match the best teams of the IPL is Pune Warriors and Mumbai India. They are both sitting with one lost who is it going to be.I say MI shall win them. Every one who win the toss always bowl first but that not how it went today. PUne won the toss and would bat first. how many runs can they put on the board against MI.

Only 118 runs Yuvi the best batsmen goes out for a duck. Wicket after wicket all the time tell they got all out. I did not need to watch this I was busy but I would watch Mumbai Indians innings.

I fell asleep I was tired and yeah mumbai Indians won by 7 wickets next match the K's match who is going to win it both have found their form I am going with KOchi hope they can win KKR.

they did just that what I want them to do KTK won KKR. They where the better team after all. KKR just could chase down 130 runs tonight their opening and their top order collapsed and so did the others not much a partnership but KTK played very well better than KKR wish them the best for the upcoming games.

Match 19 & 20

Delhi Dare Devils are playing at their home ground and they only won one out of the three played so far can they bring a second victory on their home ground. The diffrence between DC has played four this would be their match number five where DD just played 3 and this would be their fourth.

DC played four and won one and lost three. DD played three won one lost two. DC got more looses they do need to win.

DC won the toss and choss to bat. They got 168 in 20 overs if they did not get the wicket of Sunny and Sanga they would of got 180+ anyway but they doing well so far took three wickets just waiting for styen to take a wicket. DC could score what they want to post but then in the end DD could not chase the score as the wickets where falling am so happy for them.

upnext is RR vs RCB it's raining in Bangalore so I hope rain stops soon. It was raining to much and play could not even start Match abandoned without a ball bowled. Elizabeth Hurly was their to support her lover Shane Warne but due to the rain she could see him on the field playing. As my mother said she not even divorce and she going after another man sound really sick anyway that's their lives.

Match 18

Thank goodness their only one match on today. CSK vs KTK. Csk has won two and lost one and KTK lost two and won one can KTK do the same what they did against MI few days again.

So what has has happen this cricket match went on until early hours of the morning because of rain delay.

I was geting very sleepy and I thought their still time for the match so I went to go sleep a afternoon nap was so lovely now am wide awake. I woke up 5pm and I thought oh the match is on am missing same overs of the first innings. But when I looked they stop it was rain delay and CSK was batting. The rain took an hour and half to decide to go stop. 6:45pm play was resume and Duck worth Lewis falls a huge role it rains. 17 overs for each side.

CSK got 131 runs. For a DWL method falling into place it always go in favour of the team batting first but hey good news went in favour of the home team KOchi. They really have some new things up their sleeve. With a opening batsman like Brendon McCullum who can hit every ball and then makes it easy for the others. A victory at home for Kochi Tuskers Kerala it move's them on the top four on the table they just kicked CSK out of that seat. It was past mid night in India but the party just got started the fans going to celebrate their team got a win at home.

Match 16 & 17

Pune Warriors India the new team that just got into IPL. Has won their two games and would they win their third game. RR & MI won both their games but then lost their third. Would Delhi Dare Devils surprise them with a win.
PWI is on top of the log and DD is right at the bottom so I would like them to win they need to get the points on the board.


Well I said some thing is going to happen in this match and it did. Sewag won the toss an had bowl first. PWI got off to a start with a flyer Jeese Ryder oh my werid was hitting every ball into the crowd I thought how these guys are batting this can go to 200 runs. The spinners come on and it restrict them to score that amount so they got 187.

This big score in 20 overs are not so much any more any one can chase it down. The Kxip did it the other day so can the dd and that was my first tweet when they start to chase. Warner & Sewag got a good partnership going but then he wicket fell. An then Sewag depart and wickets where just falling we thought oh no they must loose but the tail ender pulled out the first victory.


DD from the bottom of the table won the top of the table. Now RCB moves a place down because they have three losses.



RR vs KKR they are playing their second match so quickly why I don't know. Both would be playing their fourth match. Both of them have won two match and lost one. Now one of them must loose.

KKR won them on Friday and want to they do they get another victory. Gambir won the toss and chose to field every one what's to chase. They bowled very well field so good that they got the run outs. Bowled out Royals for 80 runs in 15 overs they could even reach 20 overs. Dravid and Botha was drop this game at least Botha get's same runs on the board.

This was a cruise for KKR loosing Kallis early was not a problem and getting another wicket Gambir the captain pull off another victory for his team.
SRK is a very happy man they win there third match an with just one lost.

KKR for the very first time in iPL history they are on top of the table would they remain their hope so.

Match 14 & 15

CSK has lost their last game against KXIP. They should make a come back with the Captain of India team he shall pull out all his strings. I am backing CSK today hope they win. They be playing against RCB that has lost both their match's and only won their first match.

Would RCB fight to win or well it be one of their days again that they would lose. CSK won the toss an they would bat first. Csk put up a big total of 160 runs I think. I was not watching the game I was watching the tennis Rafael in the semi finals it was a 3 hour long game. But RCB lost it's third game by 21 runs.

The tennis was very long but their was a second match. DC vs KIXP. Gilly won the toss and bowl first. They did well with their bowling and DC got a chance to hit big but it was enough runs to chase down. Paul Valthaty took four wickets haul the first player to get four wickets and a century and half.

The batting of Kxip was terrific Gilly and Valthaty blow that crowd away an smashed that ball left right and centre. The highest opening partership in the IPL. But they where cruising even if they got wickets. Preity was not their she in dubai women with breast cancer a fun raiser she missed out on a thrilling win by her team. I did not see Ness Wadia is he gone with her.

Kxip claimed their second thrilling victory by 8 wickets. Paul Valthaty is the Man of the Match. Paul: "Probably I am a calm person. Match 12 & 13

There are two match's on today.

Rajsthan Royals won both their games and would they look for a third win. Kolkata Knight Riders won their last match and they looked like a team that can go far in this tournament. RR always won KKR but can today change it. The Australians are back and they done with the ODi tour of Bangladesh. They are playing their first game in IPL4.

Shane Watson that made a record in ODI 185 runs with 15 fours & 15 sixes. What is their to expect from him in T20 would he survive tell the end or shall his team mate Brett Lee bowl him. Shakib Al Hasan is in for KKR we do expect wickets from him also plus with the bat. Let's wait and see what happens.

KKR won the toss and they would bowl first most of the teams won of chasing. KKR played very well they can get very far I mean win each game from now on words. RR played well also Watson did not open he come in number 3 why I don't know he only made 22 runs. RR total was 159 runs. With the old KKR could not chase down that score. But with the new KKR with Kallis at their side they in for a big suprise this year.

Kallis not out 80 runs off 60 balls he takes back the Orange Cap the leading run scorer. Gambir he scored 75 runs off 44 balls their was some drama.
Trivedi to Gambhir, (no ball) FOUR, Gambhir has been caught on the deep midwicket boundary but the umpire has called no-ball because there were only three fielders in the circle, when there should have been four. Aleem Dar is on the ball and has spotted it. It was a short ball and Gambhir had pulled it flat and hard, straight to the fielder on the boundary. It's been given four as well, I'm not sure why. There's a lot of chat out there now. Botha realised it was no-ball, perhaps, and threw the ball towards bowler's end but everyone else was celebrating the wicket and no one collected the ball, which then went to the boundary.

SRK had on a Yemeni Scarf on he try to tie it like them he did do it correct I think he did it him self but it was close but perfect for SRk second win.

Next game is KTK have not won any thing and this their third match they playing against a tough team MI.

Sachin bat right through got his 100 runs and earn the orange cap for the most runs in IPL. It's his first 100 in IPL. KTK always wins the toss and the games never falls there way guess again it going to happen here also. MI put up a huge score of 182. If the openers bat really well play in the shots they can chase down that score if Kixp did it the other day so can KTK.

Play to win not to loose come on you can do it. And they did just that what a game that was. McCullum & Jaya really made very good opening partnership. I had no doubt that KTK shall loose this game I had faith in them since they first played. If they keep this up they could win there other match's.

It was so sad when MI lost at there home ground and the little master scored 100 runs in first IPL. And ends up on the loosing side but that does not matter KTK need to win and they did it in style. Just two wickets taken by Malinga and that's all they where struggling with their bowling Pollard was hit for so much shame but he saved a six. KTK won by 8 wickets

Match eleven

Deccan Chargers this their third match. They need to win they have lost their previous games. RCB lost against MI but won their opening match. It be good if DC can win because I don't like Rcb.

And they did what I thought they need a win an it was a win on their home ground for the very first time. They lost the toss but won the games They bat really well better than their previous match they got to the total 175. Most of the teams batting second won but only two did not in this year IPL.

Deccan Chargers where really charged up for tonight match. They played as a team every on played there part did not depend on any more. They bowled and fielded so well they really played as a unit am happy for them that they won and a win for them at the home ground would do them wonders in the previous match's. I enjoyed today match it was only one match.

DECCAN CHARGERS WON THEIR FIRST GAME: I NEVER LIKED RCB SINCE I START WATCHING IPL AND NOW I HATE THEM. THEY WOULD NOT WIN THIS IPL I AM SURE ABOUT IT.

match 9 and 10

Kixp second match where they lost against the new Team Pune. I think they going to play as a team. With Gilly as the captain is going to put pressure on his players. They have to do that. They need to win they playing on their home ground so fans of punjab what a win can they pull off a good performance. CSK won the opening game against KKR with Dohni the captain can they win it again. KIXP am with you.

Gilly won the toss and would go with a bowl first. They need to keep it low score. best of luck to both teams. Harris should make a big difference to Punjab. Their batting is a worry, though. They looked out of sorts against Pune. Gilchrist has to step up to the plate today.

Ms. Zinta, part owner of the Punjab team, was chortling with pride the other day how Punjab has given three new captains (Mahela, Sanga and Yuvraj) to the IPL. A strange approach to team-building... She's on air again today, but no such gems uttered yet.
What a great second match for Kxip started off well first and second ball a wickts

Next match the two new teams taking on each other.



CSK played really well and got to a big score what we all never they would get but 188 runs in 20 overs. High score in IPL 4. Well it was a tough chase but not tough at all a young boy a super start tatlent score 120 runs not out and get's the Orange Cap.

I was really happy for Kxip they went through hell last year terriable season if a few more wins for them. I was really jumping and shouting whooo yoooooooo I took a high leap am tall so won't fall my mother heard me and she said what's going on so I said Preity team won. She under stood why I was going on like that because it was the highest chase successful.

Jaya won the toss and he would bat first. They bat well in the first game but got disrupted by some one batting that's why they lost. There batting has collapsed big time. This Jaya last game in IPL where he has to go back to Sri Lanka. Parnell is on fire in this game took three wickets early wickets falling it looks kochi shall get a low score when they reach 20 overs.

Kochi loose regular wickets but got 148 so there was a middle order partnership hope for the best for them they shall take early wickets also is needed. So both team played very well today it could of be a nail biter but the sixes just comes when it has too. Kochi took the wickets but it was enough to save them. Pune won their second game.

Match 7 and 8

Today is two match's on Rajasthan Royals vs Delhi Dare Devils. Rajasthan is playing at there home ground Jaipur. Delhi Dare Devils played in Delhi on Sunday but they where playing not good bad performance by them. Every one was enjoying Mumbai Indians they where playing very well. DD lost against Mumbai Indians. RR won against DC and they lost their second match against KKR.
If warne win the toss he would bowl. But if he does not win it he would bowl he would chase down the score.

Warne did not win the toss but he did bowl again like I said. DD start off slow Shaun Tait getting a wicket the first over. Warner & Roa kept DD alive they both got half century. Too get 151.

Like I also said Royals love to chase. An any score they would manage to chase down. Royals never wins there opening match's in the previous IPL. But victory is there name in every match. I love the Royals I happy it my team I started watching IPL in 2009 and chose RR to be my team and now am enjoying it because every match can be a win for them. A change of players can do much diffrance to the team. I happy shilpa got rid of Smith.

Johan Botha is one run away of taking the Orange Cap. Taylor & Botha finshed a wonder full second vicory but we all waiting for the big hitter Shane Watson. RR wins by 6 wicket's they are on four points.



Second match is Royal challengers Bangalore I never like that team don't know why. They won their first match against Kochi the new team. We would see if they can over come any match. I am sure MI shall win it again Slinga Malinga shall take 5 wickets again.

The second match of the day Mumbai Indians. They have both won their first games. Sachin won the toss an chose to field. Malinga did the Slinga the first ball wicket. Pollard took two wickets back in to the attack Malinga yorerks and wicket. RCB it was a really a slow start from them but MI bowlers where keeping them under pressure 40 runs of 10 overs. Dilshan & AB scored runs they made a partership but AB could not survive tell the end. RCB reached 140 thought they could get the but they did.

Sachin the little master did it him self the chase down the score. Only one wicket fell MI I was very good there performance was fantastic MI is the much better team than RCB. Raydu and Sachin did it bat right through won by 9 wickets. A good start to the week my teams I supports wins KKR, RR MI.

Match six

The week start and we only have one match on today. These two that playing it's there second match and they both lost their opening games.


Kolkata Knight Rider vs Deccan Chargers. KKR won the toss and chose to bat. They got a good total score 163. Kallis is the leading runs in the IPl gets the orange Cap cap. But they played way better than there opening game. It's going to be a tough chase for the chargers but we would see how the batting is.

KKR must win I be happy. And KKR did win I am so glad for them. They played really bowled very good took regular wicket's if you take wicket's the ran rate. Kallis took 5 catches. He got the kadkamal catch for the most catches and man the match and the most runs score for KKr. Also got the Orange cap for the most runs scored.

They all played the part it was much better than there opening game they must of been practice the whole weekend. Every one is missing Ganguly boycott the match because he was not bought by SRK. I mean he was a great player but did he win an IPL since he was playing for KKR no that's why SRK did buy nor any one else. He bought Gambir because he knows he is a match winner and would be a good captain.

An they all where saying there no way KKR would win but it proved them wrong they did win and if they can keep on playing like this they would go for a lot of wins.

4th and 5th match

This is the fourth and fifth match and all the ten teams has played. And now they would just play against each other there no group or anything they would even play twice with the same team. It's kinda confusing but it's okay I love T20.

Delhi Dare Devils was also one of the best teams in 2009 but they went down but I they not my team anyway. Mumbai Indians oh yeah Sachin the little master is captain it's going to be a awesome match it coming on soon.

So Delhi won the toss an choss to bat and for the very first time in this IPL 4 a team did not reach 100 and got bowled all out. Malinga he was really the singla he and his yorkers they said he shall take five wicket's and he did. He took two wicket's in his first over and when he come back into the attack he got his other two and last man standing he got his fifth wicket. Malinga 5/13 Five batsmen of delhi got no runs. Ojha scored 29 runs the highest for Delhi

This going to be q very quick second innings. I think less than 15 overs they shall chase down the score but am still going to watch.

Just lost of two wickets MI cruised to victory Sachin the god of India cricket bat tell the end but he did not reach his 50 he was four runs short. I fell asleep I knew why should I stay awake am feeling tired and they are going to win so I had my after noon nap.

Next up is Pune Warriors new team first time playing IPL in Debut up against Preity Zinta team King xi Punjab. Gilchrist is captain for the kings this year. And we have to wait and see who would heat up first would it be Pune or Kings. Kings won the toss and chose to bat.

Good start for the team on debut Pune took wicket after wicket pressure is mounting for the kings. Pune took wicket after wicket I can't watch any more I don't like when a team collapse like this. Preity is stressing but it's her foolish batsmen that getting out she better talk to her team or the bating coach this can't go on she paid big bucks for them. There four overs to go and not near 100 yet. They got too 111 another South African is add to the list of half century let's see what can the kings do with the ball and would Smith reach his 50 runs show is new team what a real batsmen he is.

Smith got duck of the first ball. but it was so easy for Pune to achieve there first victory in this year IPL4. Preity is very confident about her team she said she has a complete new team. She said she does not know how they play but for next match they should try harder. If you fall you come up but higher achievement you want to win play at your best. So Preity I support her team.

IPL 2r & 3rd match

This is the second match of the IPL and soon the matches would be played so quickly because T20 is very fast.

Rajastan Royals my team play the first match against Deccan Chargers. DC never won on there home ground.
So there was not a full stadium. Warnie won the toss and elected to bowl has many if they win the toss they would bat first. warni knew he had a good batting line up. An with his bowlers where all up to standard got six wickets.
Deccan chargers only reached 137 of there 20 overs.

RR comes in to bat Dravid open going good but he started geting cramps I think he really geting old he can't play any more but he a very good player. He got out for 27 runs and Botha come in and he was the victory man for the royals. He knew money was talking and if he does not hit harder enough money would not be there. Another lost of a wicket for Royals. Taylor was next to come in but he hit one six a couple bound dries but left every thing for Botha it was looking like they would not make it but just that two sixes but that spectors quite Royals needed one run off eight balls and botha hit a four victoy for Royals.

The next match is the new team Kochi tuskers Kerela they got to a good start won the toss choss to bat. What a great start they got B Mccullen he was hitting as big as fire blasting every ball. With VS Laxman they made a great start for there new team they got to where they want to be 161 runs it's good for t20. Can RCB chase down the score they have lost a wicket already in the second over.

Again it was a south africa that wins a game for a team of IPL. It really upset me that they can never play like this in there own team playing for there country. But when they play in this tournament they must put up a performance for the big money they get. Kallis, Botha and AB get half century in this year IPL.

Kochi really played very well for there first match hope the next match they play would be a victory for them.

IPL first match

Indian Premier League it started it was like this after noon a debate of why Pakistan player are not in the IPL. Same one said this is not a International League I think it should be called that then why would they have International players in each team. If they want a Indian league why don't it just be Indian players only.

Anyway the opening ceremony short an sweet not like that long opening ceremony they use to have. Speeches are kept to the limit. Drummers then the singers come out and the dancer and the best out of all SRK performance we would get the comments he this that and the other but I don't care what people say SRK is the best for me.

First match started off with CSK winning the toss an bat first. I thought there was a chance for them to getting 170 but that could not succeed but they reached too 153 Albie Morkel hitting the last ball of Kallis for a six. Kallis took two wicket's. And he scored 54 runs.

KKR they started very well with Kallis geting his half century but when he got out they just had a complete collapse. Gambir is the highest paid by Shah rukh he come's in at number six why I don't know and he get's run out only scoring 2 runs. Wonder if SRK ask him self the question why did I pay him so much to only score two runs in the opening match. It was really intense a nail biter but SRK was keeping him self happy. KKR could have won but there tail enders are not good when they needed to hit a four they could not. Dhoni is just too good behind those stumps.

Final it's here India vs Sri Lanka

This date it's India Anniversary 28 years ago. Sri Lanka had managed to get into a final every year of a world cup. And they manage to get to the finals again but this time there no Australia but there India. This time it's going to a be Sri Lanka vs India final.

India is on the home ground can they manage to be the first country to win the world cup at home.
There's some confusion over who's won the toss. What drama. And they are doing a re-toss. No one heard who called what the first time. Kumar Sangakkara has won the re-toss and Sri Lanka will bat, a massive moment.

The first innings it was a slow start the openings there was nerves dot balls even let Zaheer get three maidens. But the openings did not last to long and got OUT. Sangakara got off to a good start I thought he going to play like a captain to the end with Mahela. But he did his part got 48 runs just missed his 50.

Mahela was the man for Sri Lanka I said he should stand to the end and that what he did that Mahela scored 103 runs off 88 balls. Well three wicket's fell but it was not Mahela they could not get his wicket. In the power play they where scoring at a run out. Perra come and finshed the job for Sri Lanka. He got 22 runs off 9 balls. He was very good for a batsmen that just come in. He hit the last ball for a six that's how Sri Lanka got to the total of 276.

Target for India is 277 it's not going to be easy chase. But if Sri Lanka bowlers and feilders are good and bowl dot like Zaheer did. They would get victory.

So the first time a host country won the world cup on their home ground. Both teams really played well through out the tournament to get a final and Australia was there. India the captain Dohni did mistakes in the tournament but that did not not really matter. He did the winning runs he got is country to victory well done Mr Cool Guy.

They did this for the nation of India. Lot's of emotions from the players most of them it's there first world cup they won. But it was all eyes on Sachin he brought the team. I was in tears India it was your night your ground your cup 28 years tell today won the cwc2011 to get to this magic moment emotions all around as the legend of India would step down this is for the nation of India.

Sri Lanka you are still a strong team don't let this bring you down Kumar Sangakara you brought your team into the final. But your mistakes of those changes did not really work. But you are supported you still be my favourite team. Murali he is also be leaving the International world of Cricket. Going to miss him spin of the bowlers those eyes what every batsmen is scared of he could get any wicket's but he took two wicket's the the semi final. He is still not fit but Sangakara want him to play.

Before I forget to Gary Kirsten from South Africa played for South Africa coach of India got India to the final and they won the world cup. I am happy for him but sad South Africa could get near to this moment would they ever win a world cup? Cricket season is also ended in India so Gary shall be returning to South Africa

CWC final preview

We have come to an end of the cricket world cup 2011. For over a month of cricket it’s the end on the 2 April 2011.

India vs Sri Lanka

And only one could win this world cup who is it going to be. India & Sri Lanka are both a strong team. Till now no team have won world cup at their home!! India would be play their final on home soil can they be the first champions that’s win a world cup at home.

India & Sri Lanka lost one and tied one in the group stage. I think Sri Lanka is strong team against than India. Well, for both teams are good wish there could be two winners but only one winner.

Sachin & Murli it’s the end of the road for them it’s going to be a sad they won’t be playing any more. But they have reach te age than playing cricket so they would retire enjoy the rest of their life. There would be always memories of these two legends cricketers. Same goes to Shoiab Akhtar I was so sad you did not get to play his last match. But you shall be missed in Pakistan team you where a very fast bowler. Same with Murili my mother always ask who is man with the big eye’s she can’t remember your name. I always tell her it’s Murali he played for Sri Lanka. We shall be watching the final. This final it would be third time in a row Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka always got Australia in the final and they always won. But this time things could change.

This final is going to be exciting and I am sure it’s going to be nail biter my nerves when it get’s like that at the end my heart pumps.

Semi Final 2

The day we all been waiting before has arrived. I woke up at 2am I was so excited but it's raining there. Expecting to rain. And it's raining in South Africa.
My sister is in Pakistan. She say's it's just cricket fever. And the match would be on all channel. She say's its a public holiday in our province and nationally, its a half-day holiday.

Mother of all matches. The India vs. Pakistan match. This game is going to full of tension and excitement. Very exciting game enjoy it. India won the toss and choss to bat. Pakistan was under pressure with the new ball. Umar Gul the wicket taker in most match's he was struggling. Sachin was saved six times they where appeal for LBW umpire on feild was called OUT he went straigt to DRS and umpire had to reversed his decion. He was drop catch four time but finally Hafeez got his wicket and the catch was taken by Afradi. He said he won't let Sachin get his 100 and he words come true. Wahab he was enjoying this took 5 wicket's for 46 plus a run out. Ramiz Raja said by the look at things Wahab could just get a wicket and he was right there was another wicket.
Ajmal also bowled very well just took two wicket and Hafeez took one. India got 260/9

If they make a partnership in the power play the openers have a key role to play. The chase is on and can manage it some one needs to get a 50. I depend on the openers start off good and don't throw wicket's away.

Pakistan tried there best but could hold it. I don't even know what to type am not dissapointed by Pakistan lose am happy for them. They got to the Semi final and to play in India an against India it's just huge step to get there. The batting collapsed Misbah don't know why he was so slow but managed to get his 50. Shahid Afradi your mistakes through out the world cup please practice your batting. I know you still the wicket taker in this world cup 21 wicket's but you could of add two more on your tally but with those drop catch's from your fielders they where under pressure.

Shahid Afridi, the losing captain, can still manage a smile which is nice to see. "Wahab really bowled well today, but we missed some opportunities. They played better than us. We didn't make partnerships, we played some irresponsible shots, and a partnership was crucial. I want to say sorry to my nation. We tried our level best, and we enjoyed ourselves at this tournament."
India was the much better team but there is still a smile on Pakistan faces.

India walks freely to the final on 2 April where they be facing Sri Lanka it's going to be a thriller of a final.

Semi final 1

New Zealand vs Sri Lanka. New Zealand in every world cup they get to a semi final and lose never been to a world final.

These two where in the same group and Sri Lanka won. New Zealand won the toss and bat first bat they made a collapse after Syris have left. Murali it's his last ODI and it was very special it was in his home ground & in front of his people. He took 2/42 sad moment for him.

I said on twitter they going to be all out before 50 overs and it was just like that. Malinga took three, Mendis took three, Murali took two, Hearth took one and Dilshan took one wicket. Ten wicket fell for 217. I thought 250 was on the cards for New Zealand but just never happen's any more. Sri Lanka is off too a victory an into the finals.

Sri Lanka they have lost it for a while and losing wicket's but then every one was on a panic mode. The batsmen that's was coming on they where slow and run rate was going high. I was praying come on they have to do it some one should try but with Sri Lanka their always be some one who would win the game for them.
New Zealand was doing well Tim Southee he was dangerous he took three wicket's. They where getting close. Matthews came in injured but has a runner. Matthews where slow at the start and giving Samaraweera. Sri Lanka has he longest national anthem and their names. He was scoring run a ball at least but then Mathews come up and hit a boundaries and even a six.

Samara hit the last ball the winning runs so they thought. It was called a dead ball from the umpire just before the bowler delivered as he was distracted by the many fireworks going off round the stadium, celebrations where going off early.
They where waiting just to get that boundary and won. Sri Lanka victory a book their tickets to Mumbai, their second final in a row, what an achievement this is.

THREE ASIAN TEAMS LEFT IN THIS WORLD CUP. INDIA, PAKISTAN & SRI LANKA THESE ARE THE BEST THREE CRICKET TEAMS IN THE WORLD. WITH NEW ZEALAND BEING PRESENT AT THE SEMI FINAL AGAINST SRI LANKA.
We have a two day's break before the Semi Final but every one is more excited about the second semi final

Sri Lanka vs New Zealand and would I watch it maybe I should because it's a semi final. Sri Lanka on their home ground and soil. Shall win them like dazzling stars like they won England in the quarter finals.

India and Pakistan, will come face to face again in a World Cup match. Politics has let to halt the ties between these two neighbors but through cricket the two neighbors meet again on the greatest stage.But Mohali is supposed to erase all those woos and awes of missing an Indo-Pak clash. The green track of Punjab is to host the epic semifinal clash between the two most exciting teams of world cricket. It's not a war it's just a game. Win or loose smile because anger would help just try harder next world cup.

I always can't for the match I been waiting to watch for a long time is on our door step India vs Pakistan world cup semi final. Who shall walk to the finals??

Pakistan bowling is just the best they have a line up of bowlers than can finish India off under 100 runs. They did that before they keep there opponent low score and easy for them to chase down.
Pakistan have played India on four occasions in World Cups and have been beaten each time.

History, though, mattered little to Hafeez. "Yes, Pakistan has not defeated India in the World Cup, but in the last 12 years, Australia also had not lost a single World Cup game. But then they lost to us (by four wickets) and to India.

Fourth QF

The quater finals are now over and it's Sri Lanka that takes the last and fourth place in the Semi finals.

England did not do well at all. I did not watch the English innings but they where struggling also where they under pressure. But it was Sri Lanka home ground.

The openers did it took them too victory and into the Semi Final. I know they shall trash New Zealand.

New Zealand's Kyle Mills and Daniel Vettori and South African Faf du Plessis have been heavily fined for an altercation during Friday's World Cup quarterfinal in Dhaka, the ICC said on Saturday.

South Africa vs New Zealand both of these teams have never won a world cup.

New Zealand won the toss and bat first. New Zealand lost two early wicket's but they look steady at the moment. South Africa can get quick wickets at the beginning near to the end they get the rest of the wicket's I think it would happen today.

South Africa was outstanding with the bowling but could get Jesse Ryder out so he was New Zealand highest score. Tahir took two wickets. Morkel very classic bowling by him took two wicket's in one over plus another one before that so he took three wicket's.
New Zealand 221/8 in 50 overs.For the first time in cricket world cup South Africa havent been able to bowl out their opponent. This is a easy total too defend shall SA chase it down or would they collapse as usually

This was a very low total to defend and it's easy to chase down. But for South Africa they made it so difficult. This how it goes down for SA. Hashim Amla gone for 6 runs he did not score a lot in the world cup. Kallis comes in he scores hit around plays the ball and Smith just stands and watch. Then his wicket falls of Smith for 28 runs a very use less captain but it was his last as being captain in ODI. Kallis goes he hit hard thought he got a boundary but Jacob Oram just stretch up his arms and what a catch that was. Kallis got 47 runs next in was AB but things got intense also. When the wicket fell of Duminy then Faf come in. AB was run out for 35 runs but there where exchange of words and that's not allowed. Faf he tried but wicket's where falling Botha he could not hold it for more than 2 runs then he got bowled. Petersen that won the game against India could be trust he was gone for no runs. Next in was Steyn he was a goner by 8 runs gave away his wicket what to hit a six that's not even needed. Morkel 3 runs off seventeen balls but FAF was doing all the work. But then he lost his wicket then the last man for SA was Tahir what can't bat. It was Morkel that ended and he lost it for SA.

It could of been a terrific win for SA if they did collapse like that well as every one is saying they would always be chokers. And would they ever win a knock out in a world cup. Congrats NZ for reaching into the semi final.

Imran Tahir coming into a country & too play your first time in International cricket and starting off by playing in a world cup. You where awesome I enjoyed watching you bowl and taking your wicket's if only you knew what kind of team you coming into that is called chokers but you are on the list of wicket takers.Hope you enjoyed your world cup experience hope too see you playing in the next world cup to come in the future.

QF second

India vs Australia this is a big match it sort of the like a mini final. They are meeting too soon.

India has only won Australia in 1987. India lost against Australia in the final of world cup 2003. In 2007 world cup they did not meet in the final. This year in 2011 they meeting in Quarter finals knock outs who is going to win this. India has not won any of there match's played at this stadium.

India just could not get wicket's. Pointing got his 100 runs by India. He got Australia too a total of 260 I think this the high score at this ground.
Target for India 261 can they do would Sachin get a 100 or would he walk when it's a review. We well have to wait and see what happens in the chase.

This was it for Australia there quarter final was the end of the road for them as India steered themselves too victory. It took eleven year's to win Australia and in the year 2011 they did and they sent them home. Australia did not play there normal game they lost it maybe when they lost Pakistan. But Pointing got his century on his last game of the world cup. Australia was not fielding so well and they just gave up then and there. Sachin, Gambir & Yuvi made half century. Sachin got to his 18000 runs. Yuvi was the match winner and the man of the match he took two wickets & he was 57 runs not out. Yuvi said in the presentation it was pressure but he really kept himself cool and calm and won it for his country

First QF

Pakistan vs West Indians

What a way to start off the first match of the cricket world cup Quarter finals. Darren Sammy for the first time in this year cwc he has won the toss. Chose to bat first but did not do well at all. It was Pakistan show down from the begging of West Indians innings. We thought the the opener shall use the power play but three wickets fell in the Power play. End of ten over WI did not even reach thirty.

Umar took the wicket of Gayle and the only wicket. Hafeez followed with two wicket's in one over Afradi took four wicket's and he has taken twenty one wicket's in this cwc. Ajmal that come back he took two. Razzaq did not get much bowling in today he took one

West Indians all out for 112. Easy chase for Pakistan there is no rush as they are in charge of this match.

This was just simply the best performance by Pakistan not really the best but they have won Australia. As if they can do this too Australia & West Indians they would do this with any other team and shall win the world cup Inshallah.

Hafeez & Kamran Akmal bat it through Hafeez was just out standing he took too wicket's and 61 runs not out he was man of the match. Pakistan won by 10 wicket's



Through too the semifinal that would be facing Australia or would we get a big clash India vs Pakistan.

So this is all the last group match's being played. South Africa vs Bangladesh. Bangladesh needs to win to get in too the quarter finals. SA played a well innings and again there low order got to there this score of 284. I make dua that Bangladesh chase this score down.

South Africa won it was such a easy game for them bowled Bangladesh on for 78 runs.

Next match is Australia vs Pakistan. Pakistan is the only team to win Australia can they do this again. Australia & Pakistan what a first innings we saw by the bowlers in green Australia won the toss and chose to bat. An they where struggling with the bat. Pakistan bowlers where on there toes and got them all out for 176 runs

Pakistan have won Australia they are the only team to beat to win Australia since 1999. they have not lost since that time in a world cup match. Pakistan really played well

Nearly there!!

It has been long the group matches plays six each oh, an then comes the IPL that's also long.
The group match's are ending off this weekend and the start of the quarter finals would start on Tuesday 23 March 2011. Anyway it's back today match's number 37 & 38

Ireland vs Netherlands. They got a good score 306 but the last over they got four wickets of just run outs. Hat trick of run out's. Let's wait and see if Ireland can win there second match of the tournament with Netherlands not winning any thing so there a chance for them.

Ireland won there last match of the tournament and Netherlands go home with no wins so sad for them. They played well also even with England.

Second match is Final group match Sri Lanka & New Zealand. Sri Lanka has lost one against Pakistan and New Zealand a lost against Australia. The due fact is that Sri Lanka is a really heated team and can blow any team away. As they where in the finals with Australia in 2007 world cup. So hope a big score for them today.

Sri Lanka won by 118 runs I knew that they would win because and one that makes a big score in Mumbai would not be able to chase it down.

Match 36 - England :-(

This is a big match it's like a final for England. West Indians vs England, West Indians with one lost too the name. England has two loses one win & win tied. The are fifth on the point's table.

England would want to win West Indians.But I don't think they stand a chance if they where trashed with Bangladesh. Most of my twitter buddies want's West Indians to win let's wait and see what happens.

England won the toss but West Indians would restrict them to a low score. And they doing so well the new guy Bishoo a great start to your career a debut and you get 3 wickets for 34 runs. Man of the moment was AD Russel he come in just in the previous match and he was the wicket taker 4 wickets for 49 runs & roach took two wicket's they retricted England to geting to 300 but they could not even reach 250. They got 243 all out. This going to be a easy chase and WI wins send the English home.

So every went the opposite direction and do I need to type more and say that what I did not want to happen just did. ENGLAND is still in this world cup. How can West Indians loose they where a head all the time. Credit goes out too Russel you did well with the bat& ball. But that review I just love that catch Trott took on the boundary his elbow touch the rope then he rolled but that was not out. And the lbw review England did not get. But they won after all West Indians still has a game to be played with India.

Match 35 - Australia

Would this be an upset match. This guy Patal he just come in today he smashing every ball the run rate is ten runs an over. Canada batting was much better than there previous matches after this Patal got out. Zubain & Captain they got to a good score but then they just collapse. Canada got 211 runs all out. Ricky Pointing is just so annoying I wish I don't have to see him play for Australia any more.

Easy chase for Australia the openers did it they got close but got OUT near the end and they got Pointing also OUT and he never like's to get out for some reason.

They won they are on top and through to the quarter finals.

Match 34 - South Africa

South Africa second last match they won India so they only have one lost playing Ireland that only won England and lost their others. Would lose to South Africa. But let's see what Smith Changes he made and If Tahir would be playing or not. AB got hip injury so I don't know if they well let him not play let's wait and see.

Ireland won the toss and chose to bowl first. In previous match's low teams wins the toss and feild then they loose at the end. But the Irish has been doing well so far took four wickets. Missed or drops of Van Wyk he scored 42 runs for the very first time in 5 match's he has played. Colin Ingram replaces AB he would come in now if FAF or DUpi is out. Ingram plays his first world cup.

Match 32 & 33

The first time in the tournament there are two games playing a day after each other.
Pakistan there lost against New Zealand would make them play even much better than they did before. Every one was saying they must drop Kamran Akmal because he missed critical catches in the match against New Zealand. But I say we can learn by mistakes every one makes mistakes and am sure he would do much better than he did. Kamran is a good keeper and he quick the stumping when he in the mood maybe. His brother Umar Akmal got a finger injury not too bad so he would be playing. A change for Ajmal would come in I don't know who he would replace well have to wait for the toss and Afradi would say want change's he has made.

Zimbabwe won the toss and chose to bat first. Afradi made two changes Kamran Akmal is in he is the wicket keep. Brother Umar Akmal is out and Shoib Aktar they are resting him. match 30 & 31- NZ & Aus

This is a day I don't want to watch cricket two teams of the group that has not won a single game. Kenya & Canada. Canada vs New Zealand.
New Zealand bat first and made 367 against Canada and they already lost two wickets.

New Zealand won

Next match is Australia that never lost a single match and they be playing against a lower team than them. They going to get beaten big time. Australia won the toss and would bat first. But why want to make your batsmen bat for every long time maybe they stand for 50 overs. Where they could of feild first they could of bowl them all out for less than 100. Make the match quicker. Let's just see what can be done if Kenya can get the wickets.

I did not watch this game but Australia got too 326/6. Kenya took six Australia wickets. Kenya did very well with the bat against Australia made their highest score and played for 50 overs. Kenya was just 60 runs short of winning Australia. Batsmen Obya he made 98 runs it's very rare batsmen make a big score against Australia it was nice than they gave the man of the match to him.

Match 29 - South Africa wins.

This is like a final for South Africa it's must win game. South Africa taking on the favourites in the world cup India. South Africa if they did not collapse with England they would of been on 6 points with SA with one lost and India had no lose's just a tie with England.

Win or loose South Africa just play your best cricket and be calm and don't go under pressure so soon. Don't give away wicket's that's a dumbest thing to do. Imran Tahir has a fracture finger so he won't be playing another chance lost with India. He could of played when India had that tour to SA. Selectors are really so unpredictable like some teams.Let's just enjoy the match.

This was a frustrating start from Sachin & Sehwag they where just blasting every ball and they could not get any wicket in the power play. I thought India would get 350 but that was wrong. South Africa is the tail enders with Steyn did not make a good start but come back in the end. India was 267/2 they have collapsed for 29 runs and took 9 wicket. Incredible stuff in Incredible India. Just hope they can keep there ground and they would go for a win. India needs to loose and let get the Indians fans disappointed.

India were 87-0 after the first 10 overs. And they were 267 for 1, with Tendulkar batting like a dream, after which the World cup's most formidable batting line-up crashed and burned. And how. South Africa well played innings they kept their nerve today.Amla,Kallis & AB scored half century. They kept the ground like I said that should be done it went that way for South Africa it was nerve wreaking a little because run rate was raising and more runs where needed than balls. Botha was good he scored runs when it was needed but they could not score just going for single's but he got the 4's but got out. Robin Petersen got the winning runs. Match 27 & 28 This is knock out's now. West Indians won all their games just lost one against South Africa. They are looking for another victory over the Irish.
Ireland won the toss and chose to feild. Who does that another mistake. Banagladesh & Zimbabwe lost the game when they won the toss same thing would happen with Ireland. West Indians got 275 runs. They started off very slow but a early match I went to sleep again.
West Indians won by 44 runs.

The next match is Banaglesh they did the same thing won the toss and chose to feild first very dumb thing to do did Shakib learn from the mistake he made in the opening game. Against England that is going to make a good score and it's going to be a big one.

Bangladesh bowled England out for 231. Just hope Bangladesh innings would not be a collapse how they where with West Indians. Bangladesh played there game and there best it was nail biting & so nerve wrecking the lost wickets but calm there nerves to the end.Bangladesh won England. Another blow for them. This world cup is really cracking this up in the cricket world. Bangladesh won by 2 wickets with 6 balls remaining.

Match 26

Sri Lanka vs Zimbabwe. I can't even keep count of how many games they played already but it's not six I know.

Zimbabwe is a good team but not good for Sri Lank. Zimbabwe wins the toss and chose to feild first. Who does that against a strong team.

The openers for Sri Lanka survived very long. In the previous match's they got out quickly. The openers made 133 & 144 runs. The most runs made by an opening batsmen. But when they both got OUT the wicket's just fell. I thought they would get 350 because it looked easy but the wickets just fell. But they reached 327 runs. Tough run chase for batting under lights.

Tough like I said Zimbabwe gave their game away at the toss. Sri Lanka won by 139 runs. Dishan was man the match scored 144 runs and took 4 wicket's they are through to the quarter finals in their group

This is the half way to the final of the cricket world cup.

India is winning every game just that tie with England. But they are favourites to win the world cup and it would not be Australia winning it again.
Netherlands could of win a match but they lost all their match's.

Not much to right about this match because I was not watching was busy. Netherlands made their lowest score out all the previous match's they where played in their previous match's. Netherlands won the the toss bat first.

It was so easy for India hitting the score but they won at the end India are on 7 points. Their next match is with South Africa.

Match 24

Pakistan would be playing their fourth match. They won all three match's and they would win again. New Zealand have lost too Pakistan in many occasions so they know already want is expected and what Afradi has up his sleeve. As you all know Afradi is on his bowling attack than his batting in this world cup. Let's wait and see what he does tomorrow.

New Zealand won the toss for the very first time in the world cup. Afradi lost the toss and Pakistan can't chase down score they are just bad at that.
But there fielding was terrible. Kamran Akmal is too blame he drop two slip catch's behind the wicket.

New Zealand got to high score. Ross Taylor for the first time he was not out and it was his birthday and he was hitting big six's he was man of the match. New Zealand was better than Pakistan in this match there fielding was superb. Daniel Victori is injured so he went off so Ross Taylor is vice captain.

New Zealand moves right on top of the points. New Zealand, Pakistan are on 6 points. Australia & Srilanka on 5 points.

match 23- Canada

Canada & Kenya would be playing against each other. They are the only teams with no win's. But today some one has to win. Kenya for the first time bated their 50 overs reaching 198 runs. there highest total in the world cup. Canada could chase down the score just lost of 3 wicket's. Canada has points on the board.

So the big match of Australia & Sri Lanka got washed away. Australia is very lucky so is Sri Lanka they would of lost again. In the final I think in 2007 Australia won by duck worth lewis method. But this time they could not continue at all.

Anyway get back to the two big match's South Africa if they win they are through too the super eight. England tied with India so they are on three points. If England win then they are on five points. SA next match is with India can they win them as India did trash in SA in there own home ground.

India also in the same position as England stuck on three points. India has not played another match after England thriller tied.England still played against the Irish but gave them a run for their money trash them so hard they don't know what hit them. India would be playing against Ireland would we see another big smashing hitting from Kevin O'Brein or India is going to win in great fashion.

England won the toss and chose to bat. England is still heart broken of their lost against Ireland they where all out for 171run in 45.4 overs. What happen there I don't know it makes it easy for SA. So South Africa got England to a very low score. That they could not chase down their wicket where flying like fire balls. They lost a low scoring match because they are under pressure. England won by 6 runs. England won two & lost two this was there fourth game. this was South africa third game won two lost one. England on 5 point's because of the tie with India. South Africa remains on 4 points.

India won the toss and chose to bowl. Would this also be a low scoring first innings like England. Well, with South Africa lost I did not want to watch any cricket so I went out rather don't have to think that we lost so hard.India won by 6 wicket's now they are on top of the table in Group B. It was SA on top a few day's ago.But with there lost they went down the order. India on top, followed by England, West Indians then SA.Because of the tie India & England had and the win's they are on the same amount of points but India beat them in Net Run Rate.

Match 20

Australia & Sri Lanka are on 4 points. Australia won all their match's so they are on 4 points. They just played two this would be their fourth match. Sri Lanka fourth match they won two lost one. This going to be exciting match.

Sri Lanka won the toss and chose to bat. Some drama when Tait bowled his first ball Dishan hit for a four then some words got exchanged. Second ball he stop him third he got out. Sri Lanka got to a good start with Sanakara still in but rain delayed stop the play.

Match 18 & 19 -NZ & WI

There two games on again. They are getting the group stages done and move on too the quater finals.

New Zealand it's there second match they have lost too Australia. Well be playing against Zimbabwe. It's Zimbawe third game they lost too Australia and won against Canada. Zimbabwe plays really well but they have collapse with New Zealand. They made a low score 162 all out.New Zealand won by 10 wickets.

Bangladesh won the toss and elected to bat but they have lost there early wicket's. West Indians are coming back in form from there lost against South Africa. West Indians lost Dywane Bravo due too knee injury. They are really playing well this is how I use to know how they play. I think Bangladesh is going to be bowled out for less than 100. In these last two day's where been having low scoring match's. And it was much less than a 100 very disappointing for Bangladesh to score 58 runs all out on their home ground the second lowest total in cwc2011.

West Indians won by 9 wicket's finishing the game off in 12 overs. They are second from the top of the group with 4 points. West Indians next game is with Ireland.

Match 16 & 17 - SA & PAK

This is another day where it's two games on. South Africa playing their second game won their first with West Indians. There second match is against Netherlands. This is Netherlands third match. They have lost too England & West Indians.
Netherlands won the toss and chose to feild but that was a mistake you only do that if you know you can chase down a high score. Playing against one of top form teams they would put up a high score.
I did not watch the start of the innings because it was a early start but I watch a little of the power play of the 40th over. SA got to a very good score at mohali stadium that max score was 251. SA made it it a 100 more and there final score was 351 runs. Can Netherlands chase it down as well as Ireland did. Let's wait for the chase it be exciting.

There is another match on coming on Pakistan this is there third match and won both already. It's Canada third match also but lost both there games and would loose against Pakistan also. Pakistan has lost four wicket's already but I think they would still make a big score and that Canada can't chase.

Netherlands did a stupid decided won the toss and filed first they got bowled out for 120 runs. SA wins there second match by 231runs. They lead the points they are top of India with four points.

The batting of Pakistan they just collapse they where bowled out for 184 that's low for them. Pakistan needs to win so they qualify for the super eight.

Canada chase looked easy. They build up pressure with Pakistan. But Afradi is the man of the moment with that ball. It looked like it was going to be another upset Canada could have won. They had less runs and balls. It only came close when they where getting the wicket's if Pakistan did not get wicket's they would of still been playing.

They lost wicket's quickly Afradi took 23/5 he is the leading wicket taker in the world cup he took 14 wickets he is again man of the match. Pakistan is the first time through to the quarter finals. Pakistan batting collapse but they can attack with their bowling that's great. Canada all out for 138 runs from 43 overs.

Match 15th - Ireland

I did not watch this match I was busy all day. My sister left for Pakistan but watched the end and it was a fantastic win by the Irish it's the first time in world history in cricket that they won England. The guy O'brein he scored 100 runs off 50 balls. they where just hitting like any thing they want to win England that was there main aim to win them and they did that in Style.

So England played three won, tie and lost. Still on three points if they had to win they would of been on five points. Ireland only played two they lost & won. They are on the board with two points.
